Rising Stars Program
Who in your organization deserves a seat at the table?
LTC 100 now offers an opportunity for high-potential team members to experience LTC 100 alongside you. We created this program to welcome emerging leaders in your organization who may not yet meet LTC 100’s attendance criteria, but who represent the future of skilled nursing leadership. By inviting your most promising leaders to join you at LTC 100, you’re doing more than just rewarding performance. You’re exposing them to a best-in-class leadership experience, strengthening your bench, and cultivating a shared vision across your leadership team.
Parameters
- Open to Administrators, Directors of Nursing and other emergent titles from provider organizations with 2,000 beds or more
- Space is limited to 20 Emerging Leaders (first-come, first-served)
- Up to 2 Rising Stars per provider organization
- $1,000 attendance fee per Rising Star
- Must attend with a qualifying C-suite executive

Recognition & Visibility: Receive "Rising Star" acknowledgement throughout LTC 100, including name badge and during the conference opening.
Exclusive Networking: Meet other Rising Stars during a private reception on Monday, April 27. Rising Stars are also welcome to accompany a C-level colleague for Speed Meetings.
Poolside Activities: Enjoy access to Sunday and/or Tuesday pool activities.
